From the entrance hall there is a large lounge of over 40m2 with fireplace and doors to the internal swimming pool. The hydro-swimming pool is heated by solar panels, and is located in a 46m2 room with separate changing room and shower room with toilet. The lounge also leads to the spacious fitted kitchen (including oven, hob and cooker hood). A walk-in larder then takes you to an external utility area with plumbing and electrics. The kitchen aslo has double glass doors to a large (43m2) pergola terrace with barbecue and external sink area. Again from the entrance hall, lies the sleeping accommodation; 4 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and 2 generous sized bathrooms (1 being en-suite, with a Whirlpool bath and twin basins). The master bedroom also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe. These villas also have a separate garage/car-port depending upon requirements.
Internal doors are all wooden and the windows are aluminium, tinted, double-glazed units. Floors are parque wood unless tiles are requested. Tiles and sanitary ware are all of excellent quality. The garden will be landscaped and planted and watered via a Depuradora and fitted pipe-work system.
Construction will start in 2008 for completion within about 6 months. The Constructor offers a 10 year Warranty and after-sales service.
The properties will have mains electricity, water, telephone lines and television aerials. These villas are constructed with double-skin walls. Pipe-work will be in situ for a solar panel on the roof to provide heated water.
