From the entrance hall this villa has a large lounge of 29.6m2 with doors to the internal swimming pool. The hydro-swimming pool is located in a 46m2 room with an additional shower-room. There is an extremely spacious fitted kitchen of 34m2 (including oven, hob and cooker hood). There is an external utility area with plumbing and electrics.
