VILLA ALEGRE, Lajares

Built to exacting standards and comfortably furnished and equipped, Villa Alegre is a perfect place to stay if you are seeking all the modern amenities but within the setting of an unspoilt Canarian village location. The villa has 3 double bedrooms with the master bedroom en-suite, a large family bathroom and a large, well equipped dining kitchen and a lounge with feature fireplace and Satellite TV, DVD etc. One of the outstanding features of the villa is its 7 x 3.5m indoor heated swimming pool. This ensures that you can use the pool at any hour of the day and in any weather. On hot and still days it is possible to open up one complete side of the pool room to give direct access to the sun terrace and to allow the sun to shine in. The pool has its own toilet and washbasin facilities and can be completely secured if necessary.

- There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing board and iron and storage cupboards
- The spacious living room has good mountain views and is equipped with a six seater sofa unit, feature fireplace (usable) satellite TV, DVD player and a portable CD/radio player
- There is a separate pool, toilet room adjacent to the pool itself with a wash basin and wc
- The villa is cleaned prior to arrival with all linen provided - however please bring your own towels for the beach. For multiple week bookings the villa is cleaned and linen/towels changed on Wednesdays
Prices:
Short-term holiday lets - €900 per week (this is a guide price depending on the number of people staying and how many weeks are booked, please enquire for a specific price)
